Luo Zheng called again and winked mischievously, looking extremely alluring.

Luo Zheng then looked up at him, looking like she was all ears. He rubbed the crown of her head and began to tell her about the poison.

Throughout the past few days, she had had a total of two relapses and she got sedated both times. Everytime after she got sedated, she would slip into unconsciousness, which was not too serious!

Luo Zheng nodded obediently, and her heart sank slightly.

Bo Hancheng frowned and casually grabbed the blanket on the bed which he then gently put over Luo Zheng.
Luo Zheng took a deep breath, suppressed the displeasure within her and tried to continue the conversation, as if nothing had happened. “Brother Cheng, apart from being an arts teacher and Chu Ci’s subordinate, are you a police officer too?”
Arresting the drug lord Old K was something that the police ought to do. Yet, Chu Ci did not seem like a policeman. What is going on?
“I’m not a superintendent or something of the sort, but I have studied martial arts before and have dealt with Old K. This time, I just happened to find his location and decided to take control… ”
Bo Hancheng answered briefly, considering it a form of reasonable explanation.
After he finished speaking, his eyes turned gloomy and he asked, “Why? Sister Zheng, are you very… interested in my identity?”
“Of course!”
Luo Zheng answered genuinely in a clear and melodious voice.
Having thought of something, she got up from his lap and sat down on the bed half-kneeled, while her hair formed a beautiful arc.
She then looked up at him while touching his face with her hand that was as pale as jade. She said solemnly, “Don’t be discouraged, Brother Cheng. It’s alright if you’re mediocre now. In my heart, you’re the best person in this world! So, believe me, one day, I will send you soaring and give you a splendid future, making you the most outstanding person in the world!”
