Sitting down with the test papers in hand, Luo Zheng began to attempt the questions even though she was feeling uncomfortable.
The duration permitted for the Mandarin language exam was 150 minutes. She had missed the first hour and hence, had only 90 minutes left, Luo Zheng had no choice but to attempt the key questions first.
She made up her mind to do well in the following tests in order to make up for the ones that she had done badly in in the past.
Luo Zheng continuously worked on the questions while ignoring all the eyes that were on her.

As the dismissal bell rang, Luo Zheng hurriedly tried to finish her essay.
Her only regret was not having enough time to check her answers.
“Time’s up. The collection of scripts will begin immediately. Put your pens down, no more writing!”
While she was speaking, the invigilator deliberately glanced at Luo Zheng derisively.
Luo Zheng knew what she was doing and she was just about to stop writing and turn in her script.
“Teacher, Luo Zheng only had half of the permitted duration to attempt the exam. This is not in line with the rules! Teacher, please give her more time… ”
No one expected to hear the crisp and clear voice that sounded all of a sudden.
Not only was everyone surprised, even Luo Zheng also looked up to see the boy who was standing on the left like a tree.
The only person in Class 9 who spared a thought for Luo Zheng… was undoubtedly Jiang Musheng!
Luo Zheng could not help but think to herself in a narcissistic manner,
Does Jiang Musheng… carry a torch for me? Otherwise, I really can’t guess the reason he’s helping me again and again!
Besides, helping me would be the same as going against the homeroom teacher!
“Since she was late, it’s her problem and she should bear the corresponding consequences! If this is the college entrance examination, would they specially wait for her to start?”
The invigilator frowned and retorted angrily.
