"What did you just say?" He sat next to her and lifted her hand where the IV had been, noticing a few drops of blood where the needle had been. His eyes grew darker.
Just as Lin Xinlan was about to repeat what she had said, he suddenly lowered his head, extended his tongue, and gently licked the blood off the back of her hand.
