"President Williams, didn’t you hear me say, ’used to be’?"
"Does that mean she’s no longer Asher Land’s woman?" A glimmer of hope reignited on President Williams’ face.
"Of course, she said it herself." Rose Sterling echoed.
President Williams had malicious intentions towards Sophie Smith as soon as he saw her, and now, hearing she used to be Asher Land’s woman, he was even more interested.
"Bring her to my room!" President Williams ordered a few waiters.
"Don’t touch me!" Sophie’s eyes were filled with disgust, as she tried to evade them, resisting any attempt to touch her.
The waiters looked at Sophie, a woman fiercely resisting, and inexplicably hesitated to move forward.
"What are you standing there for?" Jessica Wood walked up unhappily, grabbing Sophie’s wrist. As Sophie was near the edge of the pool, this tug caused her, wearing ten-centimeter high heels, to lose her balance and fall into the pool.
She floundered in the water, exceptionally embarrassed.
The people around only watched with expressions of amusement, their laughter rising higher and higher.
"Quickly pull her out and send her to President Williams’ room." Jessica Wood ordered from the side.
Sophie was forcibly pulled out of the water, and a few people dragged her toward the villa’s room.
She was powerless to resist, as several men held her arms and took her into that President Williams’ room, closing the door swiftly behind them.
"Don’t come any closer!" Sophie pressed against the wall, speaking to President Williams, who was itching to advance.
"How can business be done if I don’t come over?" The man’s face bore a nauseating smug smile.
Sophie’s whole body trembled, her clothes and hair still dripping with water, but even so, she stood upright, with a calm demeanor.
"If you dare to touch me, Asher Land won’t let you go." Her voice carried a slight tremor.
Why was she thinking of his name again?
"Hah, don’t fool me, they all said you admitted yourself that you’ve been dumped by President Land!"
"You believe what they say?" She raised her head, a faint curve at the corner of her lips, "Let me formally tell you, I’m still Asher Land’s woman. If you don’t believe it, I can call him right now."
The man hesitated for a few seconds, clearly intimidated by Asher Land’s name, but how could he let such a tasty morsel slip away?
At that moment, Sophie appeared extremely tempting, her smooth dress clinging tightly to her body, highlighting her perfect figure with careful curves, her delicate face looking pitiable and heart-wrenching.
Sometimes, when a man becomes lustful, he’s willing to risk it all.
President Williams ignored everything, forcefully pulling Sophie over onto the sofa, then pouncing his cumbersome body on top. His filthy hands eagerly attempted to tear at Sophie’s clothes; amidst fierce resistance, her dress was already torn, revealing her fair thigh.
"Let go of me! No!" Sophie screamed, her voice torn in desperation, not allowing her body to be violated.
Absolutely not allowed!
Her small hand reached out frantically towards the coffee table.
Her fingers seemed to touch a cold object; without a second thought, she picked it up and smashed it hard against the man’s head.
"Ah!" The man screamed, releasing Sophie under the pain, covering the wound on his bleeding forehead which had been hit by the ashtray.
