Fang Ze hummed in acknowledgment and walked over to sit down.
After he did, Bai Zhi glanced at his suspect attire and suddenly seemed a bit absent-minded.

"In only a few months, you've been arrested three times."
Recalling those events, Fang Ze blinked. It was indeed the case.
The first time, he was a periphery member of an organization and was caught by Bai Zhi.
The second time, as a reserve commissioner for the Security Bureau, he ended up being caught by Xun Yi for "killing" Director Pang.
The third time, even though he had become a department head within the Security Bureau, high up in Emerald City's Security Bureau's hierarchy, he was.... caught by the federal Defense Team.
Fang Ze pondered: could he genuinely be at odds with official institutions?
He only wanted to be a good person. But why did it seem like he was sprinting down the path of a villain, never to return?

"We should hurry. We don't want the Bai Family to sweep the rug out from under us by marrying him into their ranks, making him a noble and beyond the reach of a Mind Power User's questioning."
The adjutant glanced at the time and estimated, "They should arrive before Bai Zhi leaves."
"I just received a reply stating that they have entered the Xida State area and should arrive in about two hours," he added.
The old man looked at him, his face expressionless, and asked, "That soon?"
The adjutant nodded with a smile, "Yes. Because Master Fenda himself has come."
"Master Fenda?" the old man showed a clear surprise, "Is that the Spirit Ascension stage Psychic Master Fenda who is said to be able to see through people's hearts?"
The adjutant nodded, "Yes."
The prestige associated with Master Fenda's name was apparently very effective; the old man couldn't help but nod, "Then it should be absolutely foolproof...."
