Ivy Kensington saw it, the knife was coming at her from the side rear, catching her off guard, she almost got stabbed.
Someone got there ahead of her, grabbed her arm, and pulled her back, allowing her to narrowly dodge it, but Sebastian Blackwood wasn’t so lucky.
His eyelids lifted slightly, his arm barely moved, and the knife stabbed into his skin.

Sebastian didn’t care about the wound on his arm, scolding Ivy with a stern face.
Ivy didn’t want to bicker with him at the moment, she kicked over those street thugs, then kicked the bloody knife away and called the police.

Returning from making a statement at the police station, Ivy glared at Sebastian, annoyed.
Sebastian’s handsome face darkened again, he got hurt because of her, yet she thought he was meddling.
He replied just as stubbornly.

The man’s thin lips curled slightly in satisfaction as he followed her into the room.
"Take off your clothes."
Ivy ordered. Sebastian was wearing a shirt, and the sleeve was already torn, might as well take it off.
Sebastian raised an eyebrow and efficiently pulled off his shirt with one hand.
The wound wasn’t particularly deep, but it was long enough to look a bit terrifying.

Annoyed, Ivy grabbed the cotton swab and was about to throw it in the trash, not wanting to deal with him anymore, but Sebastian shamelessly grabbed her slender wrist, pulling her into his embrace.
He buried his head in the crook of her neck, his warm breath spreading out.
Ivy unintentionally broke into a sweat, feeling a little hot.
The air was gradually filled with ambiguous tension.

Sebastian chuckled softly, not caring about that little injury at all.
