He took the gold card he’d gotten from Branky and went to a famous liquor store on Sabaody Archipelago, draining all the money from it in one go. Besides alcohol, Alucard couldn’t really think of anything else he needed to spend money on.
Still, you can never have too much money. After storing the liquor boxes in his shadow, just as before, Alucard turned to leave, wondering where to go next. A casino? Or perhaps a man’s pleasure district?
Alucard suddenly noticed that the nearby pirates were starting to become agitated, and the civilians, who had been leisurely strolling, began rushing home.
"Large warships! It’s the Marines! The Marines are here!"
"Don’t fight them here! All crew, evacuate immediately!"
Amidst the chaos, Alucard heard these words from many pirates.
’Are they here to clear out pirates?’
Alucard suddenly recalled the massacre he caused in Grove 66.
’Perhaps... they’re here for me.’
"I didn’t even meet a Celestial Dragon and still ended up with this?" Alucard shook his head, feeling incredibly unlucky.
Usually, since this was Celestial Dragon territory, the Marines wouldn’t bother with minor incidents, primarily because actions like Luffy and his crew punching a Celestial Dragon were simply too extreme.
While his intrusion into the Marine base wasn’t a minor incident either... The crucial part was that the deaths of the CP7 and CP0 agents were directly related to him, coupled with Dr. Vegapunk’s involvement, which made the Marines and the Government so eager to apprehend him.

As for why he chose to consume a woman, it was simple.
