One Piece: Demon's Extract Chapter 179

"Vice Admiral Tsuru, now that the Revolutionary Army has been destroyed, isn't that a good thing for our Marine and the World Government?"

The meeting room inside Marineford was filled with tension. All high-ranking officers — from Rear Admirals to Admirals — were present.

The one who spoke was Hina, voicing what many others were quietly thinking.

After all, the Revolutionary Army had been one of the world's greatest threats for decades. Its destruction should've been cause for celebration — yet the atmosphere in the room was heavy and grim.

Tsuru sighed softly, her sharp eyes narrowing. "Hina, you're thinking too simply."

She folded her hands. "Yes, the Revolutionary Army has been eliminated — but it wasn't by us. It was Elior's crew that did it. That changes everything. A pirate capable of wiping out the Revolutionary Army… will never stop there. So tell me — what do you think he'll do next?"

Tina froze, the weight of Tsuru's words settling in.

"Furthermore," Tsuru continued, "the Elior Pirates annihilated the Revolutionary Army without suffering any visible losses. That alone is terrifying. If he continues on this path, targeting other powers in the New World… then the situation will spiral out of control. The truth is — it already has."

Her tone was grave. Around the room, even the most battle-hardened officers — Kizaru, Ryokugyu, and others — wore grim expressions.

At the head of the room stood Akainu. His face was a thundercloud of barely contained fury.

"Silence!" Akainu barked. Instantly, the chatter stopped.

"You all understand why we're here," he said, voice cold as magma. "The destruction of the Revolutionary Army wasn't expected. But it's not something we should celebrate. Elior, led his crew and wiped them out — then returned to his stronghold without losing a single man."

He paused, his glare sweeping across the officers.

"Such a powerful force was destroyed like it was nothing. With that man's ambition, destroying the Revolutionary Army is only the beginning."

A murmur rippled through the ranks.

"What do you think his next target will be?" Akainu asked. "Another Yonko? Or perhaps… us?"

Tina hesitated before speaking again. "Fleet Admiral… aside from the Yonko, the Marines, and the World Government, there's no one else in this world capable of standing against that pirate crew."

Momonga frowned. "Exactly. Every other force is too small to matter."

Then, a calm, deep voice spoke — cutting through the tension.

"I have a theory" said Sengoku, standing slowly. The former Fleet Admiral's presence immediately commanded silence.

"My guess might sound bold — and terrifying — but it needs to be said. When Elior went to Wano Country, there was no conflict. Later, we saw him speaking with Big Mom during their battle… and she later hosted a banquet for him. Two Yonkos, sitting at the same table — something that has never happened in history."

Gasps echoed through the room.

Sengoku's gaze hardened.

"That means one thing — an alliance. Elior may have joined forces with both Big Mom and Kaido."

The room erupted in shock. Even those who wanted to deny it couldn't.

"If the three Yonkos join forces… how could we possibly stand against them?"

"They could wipe out Marine Headquarters — and then march straight for Mariejois!"

"It's insane… but it makes sense. The Big Mom Pirates and the Beasts Pirates have been quiet lately. Too quiet."

Tsuru spoke again, her tone heavy.

"Elior's actions are clear — he's eliminating every force that stands in his way. The war at Marineford was only the beginning. The true war for the world has just begun."

Sengoku nodded.

"If the Elior have indeed formed an alliance with Big Mom and Kaido, then it's only a matter of time before he turns his eyes toward Shanks… and after that, us."

Akainu clenched his fists, magma sizzling from his knuckles.

"If that's true… then we'll be ready for him."

But even he couldn't hide the flicker of unease in his eyes.

Outside, dark clouds gathered over Marineford.

Meanwhile, inside Pangaea Castle, the Gorosei sat beneath the holy light of the Room of Authority, their expressions grim.

"The Revolutionary Army has fallen," one of them said. "That should have been good news."

"Good news?" another snapped. "The problem is who destroyed them — Elior! That man has gone too far."

"He exposed the Revolutionary base, erased them from history, and walked away untouched. Such power cannot be ignored."

"He's becoming a greater threat than Dragon ever was. For Lord Im and the Celestial Dragons, this is intolerable."

"What's worse," said the elder with the long mustache, "is that his ambition isn't limited to the New World. He seeks dominion over everything — a new world order."

Another elder leaned forward, voice dark. "If this continues, it could interfere with the Ritual of the Holy Flame. We can't allow any disturbance during that time."

"Then perhaps it's time to use the Ancient Weapon," another murmured.

The room fell silent.

"Elior's next target is uncertain," said the bald elder. "But if he has truly allied with Big Mom and Kaido, the world as we know it will collapse. Still, we must remember — the red-haired one is different."

"The Yonko Shanks…" one muttered. "He still carries the blood of the Celestial Dragons. If Elior dares to touch him, he'll be crossing the line between pirate and god."

The five looked at each other, their decision unspoken but unanimous.

"Prepare for all possibilities. Elior must not be allowed to continue unchecked."

The room darkened as one of them pressed a golden seal onto the table.

Somewhere far below, in the depths of Mary Geoise, ancient machinery stirred for the first time in centuries.
