The stunned citizens stared at the rows of wooden villas that had appeared out of nowhere, struggling to process what they were seeing.

The King quickly stepped forward.
"Admiral Purple Kirin, thank you again for everything you've done. We—"
"No need for speeches," Chiga interrupted. "What's your plan for dealing with the food shortage?"
The King produced a Den Den Mushi from his robes and replied respectfully,
"I have a direct line to the King of the neighboring nation. I can request emergency supplies."
"Will they arrive quickly?"
"Very. Within two days at most. In the meantime, we can forage or send teams to hunt."
Chiga raised an eyebrow.
"And you're confident they'll actually send supplies?"
The King hesitated. His expression faltered. He knew that his nation was now barren—only its people remained. If the neighboring country learned of their desperate state, they might refuse to help.

Laris chuckled on the other end.

His tone made it clear: he had no intention of helping.
Gustav's expression darkened. He clenched his fists. Just last year, Laris's country was struck by a tsunami, and Gustav had d six months' worth of supplies without hesitation. Now, when the roles were reversed, Laris turned his back.
Chiga wasn't surprised. In his view, there were no true friendships between nations—only interests and power decided alliances.
The smugness on Laris's face irked him.
Chiga placed a hand on Gustav's shoulder and gently pushed him aside before taking the Den Den Mushi.
"You're Laris, right? Gustav's country is in crisis. You'll send them half a year's worth of supplies—immediately."
"Who are you to give me orders?!"
"Marine Admiral. Purple Kirin."
"W-What?! Admiral... Purple Kirin?!"
Laris froze. The snail's face trembled.
"How do I know it's really you?"
Chiga narrowed his eyes. The Den Den Mushi's eyes mirrored his—instantly shifting into the pattern of the Rinnegan.
Across the line, the Den Den Mushi in Laris's hand displayed the same transformation.
Laris, lounging in his bed, suddenly jolted upright. The concubine beside him panicked.
"Your Majesty, what's wrong?"
Eyes locked on the Rinnegan, Laris whispered, voice shaking,
"It's him… It's really Admiral Purple Kirin…"
"The strongest Admiral in the Marines?!" the concubine gasped.
Even palace courtesans whispered tales of the man said to rival legends. Some even kept Chiga's photos beneath their pillows, admiring him in secret during lonely nights.
Chiga waited silently. When Laris failed to respond, his tone sharpened.
"What now? Do I need to come there myself?"
That was all it took.
Laris leapt from bed and nearly tripped over himself.
"Enough! Supplies will be sent right away! No interest necessary! Our countries have always been close—there's no need for formalities!"
His concubine sulked, bitterly wishing she could meet the legendary Admiral in person.
Chiga ended the call without another word.
Gustav thanked him profusely again, but Chiga ignored him. His concern wasn't with kings—it was with the common people.
Unlike the cold-hearted elite of Konoha, the civilians in this world were honest, grateful. Chiga felt fulfilled helping them.
As he watched the crowd smile and cry in gratitude, a thought struck him:
"Once Mary Geoise is destroyed… maybe I'll unite all the scattered island nations into one."
