Those virtual reality-esque features of the Magic Network essentially involve ushering a person's Soul Body into the pre-designed Dream Realm within the Spirit World.
Right now, Dorothy could actually locate games like "Magic Web Duel" or "Warship Collection" within the Spirit World, if she chose to. Although these kinds of Magic Network Guilds usually hide their worlds within the Spirit World, this wouldn't be a problem for the Homebody Witch.
Though it's possible to search, there's no need to, and besides, the perimeter of such man-made fantasy worlds would certainly have guards hired by gaming companies, and showing up suddenly might be seen as provocation.
