Although the Angel Delegation nominally came for an exchange and learning experience with the young Witches, their actual purpose was to welcome the return of the Lord of Glory. Meanwhile, in secret, each member of the Delegation came from the major powers of Heaven and thus bore the task given by their respective rulers to spy on Witch intelligence.
Well, they had now obtained the intelligence, though the amount of information was a bit overwhelming and frightening.
No, if the one who just made a move was truly a young Witch, then it was too terrifying. Such a person must not be allowed to stay for long, or else they would become a great threat to our kind.
This thought flashed through the minds of All Angels almost instantly.
Just as All Angels were about to withdraw, each harboring their own ulterior motives and planning to use the special means given to them by their rulers to report the presumed appearance of The Fourth King back to Heaven, they turned around and were met with the Pure White Angel's golden eyes.
At that moment, the Power of Fate began to pull at the threads of the world...
"Eh, what was I just thinking about..."
"It seems I had something to report back..."
"Oh, right, I need to claim credit for Lady Sophia, to let Heaven know who is truly the number one Angel of the new generation."
"What's this, that Dragon-Serpent Fist Force was just for show, the Witches are indeed a bunch of weaklings."

All Angels turned their heads and forgot their original thoughts, their minds beginning to wander in strange directions.
And about this, Lady Sophia could only sigh in resignation. She tilted her head to look at Michael beside her, lamenting how difficult this Angelic team was to manage, with subordinates who were less than reliable.
Of course, while these Wisdom-Throne Angels were quite easy to handle, the Miss Seraph beside her was a bit of a problem; she bore the mark left by other King of Angels, making it not as straightforward to deal with her as the others. But she knew a bit too much.
"Michael, you're a smart one, aren't you?" she asked.
"Of course, Your Excellency, I truly came to earnestly welcome the great Lord of Glory back to His faithful Heaven."
The Miss Seraph felt a bit uneasy under her superior's gaze, fearing she might be thrust onto a different strand of Fate like the others.
But what she said was the absolute truth.
As a rare newly born Seraph and future King of Angels, Michael had always been courted by the many powers of Heaven. The existing Seven Kings all hoped to secure her as an ally for the future before she came into her full powers.
Yet Michael had not given a response to the Seven Kings, always lingering among them, close yet not too close to any one of them.
After all, as the Angel who presides over war, she naturally wanted to side with victory and would only choose the strongest.
It was not that she looked down upon the existing Seven Kings, but they really did pale in comparison to those two Kings not present in Heaven.
And as Lord of Dawn, Lucifer, had already fallen into Hell, he was not an option,
So the answer was clear.
Lord of Glory, I shall serve You.
Supreme Being of Fate, this is the greatest Strength in the world. A war without the favor of Fate always holds uncertainty; not only do I, Michael, wish to fight, but I also want to win.
I choose to stand on the side blessed by Fate.
