The following day, Ava went into the operating room.
Now, six hours have passed since she left the operating table. Ava was standing alone by the window, watching the sunset casting warm light on the earth. Suddenly, she couldn’t control her emotions and burst into tears.
Although she made up her mind and told herself that she would never regret, when everything actually happened, she no longer existed, and the pain in Ava’s heart became unbearable.
“I’m sorry… I’m sorry…”
She cried, sobbing softly.
Hands gripped her arms tightly from behind.
“Everything will be okay, Little Sister!”
“Sister!” Ava didn’t know when Victoria got in, and she didn’t care when she entered. At this moment, she needed some warmth.

Before they left, the doctor said there was no major problem, she just needed to avoid cold water and drinks and eat light food.
That’s the advantage of being young.
Little Sister Hannah Garcia brought over some light soup.
“Second Miss, Sister asked you to rest well since you’re ill now. You have to be good and stop craving heavy food. Sister told me to monitor your diet to make sure it’s light.”
As Vivian Field talked, she poured the soup into a bowl, tested the temperature with her hand, thought it was just right, and handed it to Ava.
Looking at her little sister, Ava felt a warm feeling in her heart.
“Of all four of us sisters, you are the biggest blabbermouth, even more than Big Sister.”
“Second Miss, you’re really stupid!” Hannah flashed a bright smile.
“How dare you talk to Second Miss like that?” Ava put on a serious expression.
But Hannah made a silly face and said, “All three of us talk more than Big Sister, and yet Second Miss says such a thing, isn’t that stupid?”
“I’ll let you make fun of Second Miss, I’ll let you make fun…” Ava playfully slapped her hand, it sounded hard, but it didn’t hurt at all.
Ava often bullied her younger sister like this.
While the two were joking and frolicking, the door suddenly burst open. A face, cold to the extreme, appeared before them, its eyes reflected a hatred which could kill a tiger.
Both sisters felt the strong murderous intent.
“Little Sister, you go out first.”
Seeing all this, Hannah stubbornly said, “I’m not leaving.”
She could tell this man was up to no good. Second Miss was already unwell, how could she deal with him if she left at this moment?
