The two teams split up to act, and soon, one team had already arrived at their destination location.
—The Flume Ride.
The water area before them stretched so far it was hard to see the other end at a glance. This didn't look like a pool at all, but more like a large artificial lake, or saying it was a reservoir would be even more reasonable.
Overall it appeared bottomlessly deep, with calm dark waters that seemed to hide something terrifying within.
Above it was the Flume Ride track with its dramatic elevation drop.
There were no fancy decorations—just a perfectly straight slanted line that plunged directly into the water. Given the height difference, it almost looked like some kind of torture device!
The track was similarly covered in rust, with hard plastic guardrails lining both sides that were also full of holes and damage.
But after the previous rollercoaster experience, everyone had become somewhat accustomed to this, with more psychological preparation this time.
For Sun and Wordweaver-White, the game's difficulty hadn't presented much pressure so far. It was purely about whether there were any expert players on the opposing side.
The remaining challenges were not knowing the rules, not knowing if the current Blank was actually Sin, and simply being outnumbered by the opposing team.
The nose ring guy who had lost his nose ring had become much more subdued now, without his previous boisterous attitude. He even walked like someone with their tail between their legs.
On one hand, he knew both players on his team were top-tier experts—ranked fourth and fifth in the world—so there was no point putting on airs in front of them.
And on the other hand... the previous experience had been too traumatic.
Before he could even react, he'd suddenly been pierced by countless arrows. That speed and power left him completely helpless—almost before a thought could flash through his mind, he'd already been pinned to the chair by "Sin."
He was absolutely certain that if "Sin" wanted to kill him, he'd have no chance to escape or survive.
After experiencing that hellish torture, he was actually considering backing out now. Looking at this Flume Ride, his face turned slightly pale.
"We're here." Blank stopped walking and turned to look at the three of them.
"Fewer people is good. This game is the Flume Ride. How to play it specifically..."
Just as she was halfway through her sentence, another voice suddenly interrupted her. Sun's very restless voice rang out.
"Is it fun pretending to be a woman talking?"
As soon as he spoke, the remaining three people present immediately froze.
Sun grinned, looking up at Blank as he said:
"You're Sin, right?"
"You chose the Flume Ride, one of the most conspicuous structures in this amusement park. You casually mentioned it and brought us here."
"Because you don't actually know this game's map. This amusement park is too big, and you couldn't possibly know where something like the carousel is."
"That carousel would only be known by a real tour guide."
The nose ring guy's eyes lit up as he listened to Sun's words, thinking this actually made sense!
Someone pretending to be a guide isn't a real guide, so the routes they suggest couldn't be the same as a real guide's.
But then his face turned ashen again.
Didn't this mean... he had chosen wrong?
"Heh, I suggest you stop pretending to be a fool all the time. If you pretend for too long, you might actually become one." Blank sneered coldly, looking at Sun as she spoke.
"But what surprises me is that you actually guessed right this time. I am Sin. So what now? Should I kill you to silence you right away?"
Blank's tone didn't change at all, still that cold, dead-fish demeanor.
"It's been quite some time since our last fight." As Sun spoke, that ferocious flame armor once again enveloped his body.
"Yes, I hope your regression isn't too obvious." Blank said calmly.
"Also, fighting is actually a good thing. This way you can find out whether I withstood your attack myself, or if the game blocked your attack."
"After all, based on past situations, if it's game protection, there should be that notification sound."
Wordweaver-White beside them suddenly froze, looking at Blank with surprise since this was indeed a loophole. Why would she say it so directly?
Immediately, he quickly turned to Sun and said:
"Wait... let me find my brother first..."
But it was too late. Sun didn't care about any of that nonsense. The three-meter-tall flame giant radiated terrifying flames all around, and the fire dragon it condensed carried an impact that could destroy everything as it charged toward Blank.
Boom!
A mushroom cloud formed by flames bloomed in the air. As the smoke and dust cleared, Blank inside remained completely unharmed.
And that "Tour guide protected by game" notification voice did not appear!
"Finished attacking?" Blank raised her head, the smile on her face suddenly turning sinister. "Thank you..."
"So, hiding inside a woman's body, you're not planning to fight back?" Sun said with a fierce smile, taking a step forward.
Wordweaver-White reached out to stop him, saying:
"Wait a moment."
The nose ring guy beside them looked at this chaotic scene and instantly felt dizzy.
Although he had worked hard to get where he was today, he was genuinely considering using his Exit Coin right now.
"Since the performance has already started, I naturally want to see it through to the end." Blank said.
"I'll deal with you later. Besides, I was just messing with you—I'm actually not Sin."
"If there's nothing else, let's start the game. Prepare to board."
The ground beneath Sun's feet had turned into molten magma, the scorching heat making it difficult for anyone nearby to approach.
"Board? Hahahahaha!"
Mad laughter erupted as Sun shook his head.
"I've been holding back ever since entering this game."
"Weren't you just saying how boring this trash game is?"
"What a coincidence—I feel exactly the same way."
As he spoke, he slowly raised one hand upward, the strained movement making it seem like he was lifting an entire world!
In his hand, a fireball swelled violently in the wind, rising into the sky and overshadowing the light of the actual sun above. Instantly, a blazing sun appeared within the entire amusement park!
"If we're playing casually, we should enjoy ourselves properly!"
"EAT! THIS!"
As his words fell, that sky-obscuring fireball descended forcefully toward the Flume Ride equipment before them!
"Holy shit!?" Wordweaver-White's pupils instantly contracted.
