Mu Siyin could not help but smirk. “You have high standards, don’t you?”
Ji Yang glared at her. “What? Don’t tell me he’s poor?”
Mu Siyin found it hard to explain. “Not really. I’ll let you in on everything once you’re back.”
“Okay. I have to shower now. You should rest early too!”
“Okay. I’ll see you tomorrow.”
After ending the video call, Mu Siyin headed towards the bathroom to take a shower. By the time she had dried her hair, she lay down on her bed only to realize that she had two missed calls.
It was Shi Beiyu.
There was also a message. [What are you doing?]
Mu Siyin chuckled and replied instantly. [I was taking a shower.]
It did not take long for Shi Beiyu to reply to her message. [I want to shower with you next time.]
Mu Siyin was so stunned that her face blushed. [Don’t you have no shame, Uncle?]
Shi Beiyu replied. [I’m no Uncle!]
Mu Siyin burst out in laughter. [You’re much older than me. You have to face reality, Uncle.]
Shi Beiyu texted. [Be good, and call me Brother Yu instead.]
Upon seeing this, Mu Siyin roared in laughter. She did not expect him to be such a sensitive person.

How brazen was he!

Shi Beiyu was at a loss for words.
Mu Siyin waited for a while, but there was no reply. Perhaps she had made him mad, and he did not want to talk anymore.
Just as she was thinking of ways to win him over, Shi Beiyu’s message popped up on her phone. [Where did you go tonight?]

A frown formed on Mu Siyin’s tender face as she thought about what he wanted her to tell him.
After giving it much thought, she decided to reply. [Good night!]
Shi Beiyu ignored her after that.
The next day, Mu Siyin was woken up by someone.
“Mu Siyin! Can’t you hear me calling you?” It seemed like Mu Xingyu was kicking on her door.
Now that Mu Siyin was wide awake, she sat up on her bed with messy hair and reluctantly got out of bed.
As soon as she got to the door, she furiously yanked it open, which almost made Mu Xingyu, who had her leg on her door, fall flat on the ground.
“Why are you acting like a psychopath so early in the morning?” Annoyed, Mu Siyin glared at Mu Xingyu as the latter tried to regain her balance.
By now, Mu Xingyu was fuming!
“Why are you so pissed? Look at the godd*mn time! How are you still sleeping? Don’t you know that everyone is waiting for you to have breakfast?”
Mu Siyin was baffled. “Since when did anyone ever wait for me to have breakfast? Did the sun rise from the east today? To think that I’ll ever see you at my door!”
By now, Mu Xingyu’s face was grim. “Do you think I wanted to do this? Dad told me to inform you about breakfast! You better wash up and get your *ss down!”
Mu Xingyu then turned around to leave. Mu Siyin stared at her back as she let out a cold grunt. “Is that how you inform someone? You donkey feet almost kicked my door down!”
Mu Xingyu was making her way down the stairs when she heard this, and her blood boiled once again.
Did Mu Siyin just say that she had donkey feet?
Standing on the stairs, Mu Siyin reached her legs out to have a good look at it. Were her legs really that thick?
