Although it was a stifling summer night, upon hearing William Guillen’s words, Fluffy Zane felt as if she were plunged into the depths of winter. A bone-chilling cold spread from the soles of her feet throughout her entire body.
She took a few steps forward, blocking their path. "Lan Singh, I need to talk to you."
"I have nothing to say to you," William Guillen replied, a gentle smile on his face, but a hint of impatience in his eyes.
His gentlemanly demeanor remained intact, like an ever-present mask he always wore, displaying his most perfect side to others.
Fluffy Zane clenched her fists tightly and took a deep breath. Looking at the woman in his arms, she said, "I’ll give you one minute to decide. Either leave on your own now, or I’ll have someone escort you away later and ensure you’re completely banned from the entertainment circle."
"What do you mean?" the woman asked, staring at her guardedly.
