Nanxi didn’t move. She politely nodded at the men present in the room, then looked at Chen Xianyu, "Mr. Chen, I came to see you!"

Nanxi glanced over, only to see the man sitting there, naturally exuding a debonair charm. He looked so refined and elegant as if he had just stepped out of a painting, it was overwhelming to look at him up close!
But once her gaze fell on him, it was incredibly hard to pull it away!

The man’s voice echoed again, casual and unconcerned, yet there was a touch of tantalising intrigue in his tone!
Nanxi didn’t quite understand Lu Yinchu’s meaning. Go to KING Group? Was he asking if she had any interest in it?!
Despite countless students from H University longing to work at KING Group, and even Han Baobao being overly enthusiastic about it, Nanxi had no interest whatsoever!
"I’m sorry, but I just graduated. I don’t have enough qualifications, and I majored in liberal arts, I may not be able to..."
"Nanxi, are you angry with me?"
Before she could finish, Lu Yinchu abruptly interrupted her. His words, neither harsh nor gentle, left Nanxi stunned!
The Department Head and Chen Xianyu remained silent. Although they did not fully understand the situation, they had a rough idea of what was going on.

Under the watchful gazes of the three men, Nanxi was somewhat dragged and held by Lu Yinchu out of the office. The hallway was empty, but Nanxi resisted, tried to break free from him. Her hand, however, was firmly held by him....
His palm was wide and warm, it held Nanxi’s hand tightly, making it impossible for her to wiggle free!

"Do you want people to see you creating a scene with me?"
"Be good, come with me!"
Nanxi bit her lip, not wanting to argue with Lu Yinchu under these circumstances. She didn’t want to become the center of attention, or worse, a target of gossip!
So, she had to endure it, letting the man lead her out of the academic building!
Lu Yinchu’s car was parked downstairs, with Mo Yan waiting with a solemn expression on his face and not a ripple of emotion.
Nanxi gritted her teeth, holding back her anger, as she followed Lu Yinchu into the car!
As the car started, Nanxi looked out of the window through the tinted glass. Watching the scenery of H University slowly passing by, a sense of desolation swept her heart!
Nanxi’s phone rang, it was Yang Su. Yang Su asked her how things were going, presumably about the application form.
Nanxi put herself together, took a deep breath, and replied, "I’ve found Mr. Chen, everything will be sorted out soon. Don’t worry about me..."
Pausing for a moment, she added, "Focus on the job fair! I’ll be back soon!"
Nanxi emphasized the word ’soon’, indicating to a certain someone that he couldn’t just kidnap her , she needed to return back for the job fair!
The call ended just as the car pulled away from H University. It stopped at a secluded place nearby. Mo Yan got out of the car under the pretext of buying water, leaving them alone.
"Mr. Lu, you’re being unreasonable!"
Nanxi bluntly pointed out his outrageous behavior: "You shouldn’t have come here. Even if... even if there’s still an agreement between us, don’t forget, you originally said we’d pretend to be a couple only in front of your family and close friends.
