Nanxi woke up around seven, took a moment to adjust to the light, and then slowly opened her eyes.
What she saw were the man’s glossy, dark eyes. Her eyebrows furrowed slightly, her mind still felt muddled, but she felt incredibly close to the handsome face near her. She puckered her lips, wrapped her arms around his neck, and snuggled into his arms.
"Will you not wake up yet?" The man spoke, wrapping his arms around her in a doting tone.
Nanxi murmured an affirmative in his arms, hugging him even tighter. She did not want to wake up.
"Hmm, then let’s do something else!" His hand roamed across her back, the warmth in his palm seeping through her thin pajamas onto her skin. This startled Nanxi, and she woke up.
The man chuckled. It indeed seemed was the only way to get her to cooperate. He leaned down and gave her a kiss on the lips. "Get up!"
"Good girl, I’ll go downstairs and make breakfast," He kissed her face again, then got up and started to move towards the outside.
It was such a rare weekend, he wanted to take her around H City by car.
Unfortunately, she had to go with Liang Qiaoqiao in the afternoon to choose an engagement dress. He had no choice but to postpone it.
