Called by Nanxi’s soft "husband", Lu Yinchu experienced a shiver down his spine, as he leaned in to kiss Nanxi’s lips, guiding her to the large bed behind him.
They collapsed on to the soft bed, panting heavily. The man’s hand traced down to her waist, his face buried in her white neck, kissing delicately, afraid to leave any marks.
Nanxi’s heart was racing. This was not only her room, but also shared with Liang Qiaoqiao!
Having previously shared a room with Liang Qiaoqiao on West Street, the two weren’t keen on separating and eventually ended up together.
Nanxi pushed him away and said, "Lu Yinchu, no, not here..."
"It’s okay!" Lu Yinchu rasped. "Don’t worry. We have spare sheets in the cupboard. We can switch them afterwards! Be good. We won’t be found. Trust me!"
Trust you? Yeah, right!
"Lu Yinchu... Uh..." Nanxi was calling his name, but her lips were then covered. His kiss was forceful and deep, swallowing all her words of protest.
Nanxi clenched her teeth. A hint of red smeared across her face and her eyes were glistening, a look of grievance.
Lu Yinchu kissed her eyes and softly comforted her. "Hush, don’t be scared... Just close your eyes and enjoy..."
Nanxi blinked, observing his deep-set eyes and finely chiseled chin, her mind going blank. She eventually did as he said and closed her eyes.
Afterwards, it was already half past nine when they had tidied up, changed the sheets, and freshened up.
Nanxi’s face was still slightly red and she intentionally kept some distance from Lu Yinchu.
In the living room, Liang Youquan and Liang Qiaoqiao were sitting. Xu Mei had helped the elderly Mrs Liang up to bed as she was tired and had a frail body.
Lu Yinchu greeted everyone and, after sitting for a few minutes, said it was late and was ready to go.
Liang Youquan urged him to stay. Lu Yinchu deeply looked at Nanxi but she immediately turned away pretending not to see him.
Lu Yinchu chuckled, "No need, I have been quite busy lately. I’ll come by next time when I’m free."
Liang Youquan had no choice but to accept. "Drive carefully, don’t rush. Safety first!" Finishing his words, he turned to Nanxi, who was pretending to be ignorant and instructed, "What are you doing standing there cluelessly, Nanxi? Go see off Yinchu..."
Nanxi simply responded, "Oh", and followed Lu Yinchu out the door. Once they were outside, she felt a strong hand reaching over, grasping hers firmly.
A warm sensation filled Nanxi’s heart. She pursed her lips, didn’t resist, and let him hold her hand.
The yard wasn’t very big and within a couple of minutes, they were outside. Lu Yinchu’s car was parked, looking very imposing under the bright streetlights - a black Land Rover.
"I’m leaving now, Nanxi" said Lu Yinchu, as he reached over to stroke her hair, asking, "Will you miss me?"
"..." her lips pursed, her face turned red again, "I... I am going to leave soon too!"
"That’s not enough, at least a week..."
"Seems like you want me to move in more!"
Nanxi inhaled deeply and relented. "Three days!"
Lu Yinchu looked at her, a faint smile tracing his lips, as he pecked hers. "Good girl~"
A car zoomed past, stirring up a gust of wind, which caused Nanxi to subconsciously lean into Lu Yinchu.
Inhaling his masculine scent that she was so addicted to, she couldn’t resist embracing him by his waist. She couldn’t bear to let go.
Lu Yinchu hugged her back, ruffling her hair. "Alright, you don’t have to work for now, so take good care of your grandma and uncle. I’ll be busy for the next couple of days. I’ll pick you up when I’m done."
Nanxi nodded obediently and echoed, "Drive carefully, Lu Yinchu!"
"Don’t stay up late!"
"You must eat on time!"
"Drink less when socializing!"
"Don’t take cold showers!"
"...I’ll try my best!"
"I don’t want you to try, you just can’t!"
