After ten minutes, Guan La and Gui Xi left one after the other; the nurse shut the door behind them and departed as well.
The ward fell silent once again.
Only Lu Yinchu and Nanxi were left.
Nanxi looked at Lu Yinchu, seeing his handsome face reduced to such a state, she felt a terrible ache in her heart.
Lu Yinchu took her hand; obediently, she sat down on the hospital bed and asked, "What really happened? You and Dr. Gui..."

Nanxi was taken aback. Guan La had once harbored feelings for Lu Yinchu, but they had no such relationship anymore. What could have happened to make Gui Xi so angry?
