Nan Quanyou and Nan Feng were both surprised that their younger brother’s wife came over. They were taken aback as it was usually the villagers who visited their home with gifts during New Year, not the other way around.
After the younger brother’s wife had put down her things, she sat down nonchalantly.

With the conversation having progressed thus far, the younger brother’s wife got straight to the point: “Isn’t Wenxuan turning sixteen this year? It’s time for him to marry and take a concubine. After giving it some thought yesterday, she felt you were very suitable.”
