The next morning, the bright sunlight filtered through the thin curtains, gently pouring into the spacious and cozy bedroom.
In the bedroom, from the doorway to the side of the large bed, the clothes of the man and woman were scattered messily across the light yellow floor—coats, shirts, skirts, underwear—all lay lazily on the ground, waiting for their owners to pick them up.
On the white bed, the bedding was in disarray. Nestled within the soft, warm silk quilt, a man and a woman lay quietly in each other’s arms.
All at once, the woman’s eyelids twitched lightly twice, her long lashes gave a slow quiver, and then, in the sunlight, she slowly opened those intoxicated eyes.
An Yiqing groggily opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was a solid chest.
Before she had time to realize what had happened, a sharp pain suddenly shot through her body.
An Yiqing gasped for air, feeling as though her body had been run over by a large truck.
Suddenly, the scenes from last night flashed through her mind, and her little face flushed red instantly.
What had she done last night? Oh my God, what had she done!
An Yiqing quickly threw back the covers, and their entwined bodies were blatantly exposed before her eyes. An Yiqing slowly sat up from Gu Yelin’s embrace.
Blinking twice, An Yiqing’s mind went blank, not knowing what to do.
Just then, a long, muscular arm wrapped around An Yiqing’s waist, pulling her back into the fiery embrace.
"Tutu, good morning," Gu Yelin gently kissed An Yiqing’s smooth forehead. His voice was low and hoarse from just waking up, sounding irresistibly sexy.
Having just done that thing, and hearing Gu Yelin’s sexy voice, An Yiqing felt as if her heart had been scratched by a kitten’s paw, causing a tingling sensation all over.
What was happening to her? Was she naturally lascivious?
Looking at his darling burying her little head in his chest without speaking, a gentle smile spread across Gu Yelin’s lips, his handsome face blooming like a hundred flowers, stunning and tender.
"Tutu, last night, a little kitten got drunk and said..."
"Mmm, don’t!" Before Gu Yelin could finish, An Yiqing quickly reached out her little hand and firmly covered his lips.
Seeing the teasing in Gu Yelin’s eyes, An Yiqing’s face turned red, her gaze flickering, unable to look him in the eyes.
"That... ahem, I was drunk last night..." She coughed softly, trying to cover up her inner embarrassment.
Watching An Yiqing’s ostrich-like little act, Gu Yelin didn’t need to guess to know that she was looking for an excuse again.
"Tutu, last night... what should’ve happened, what shouldn’t have happened, we’ve done it all. You have to take responsibility for me."
An Yiqing lifted her head, staring at Gu Yelin like she was looking at a monster, as if she didn’t understand the implication of his words.
Take responsibility for him? She’s a little woman, to take responsibility for a big man like him?
Well... although she was drunk last night, who initiated that matter, she remembered very clearly, right?
But now, if she were to discuss this soberly with Gu Yelin, An Yiqing would rather die than do it.
