The shock on the bandits’ faces had no time to dissipate, just as they thought to resist, one of them had his head chopped off by the axe.
The other bandit barely had time to scream when a greenish Dagger appeared at his throat, its owner, a short man stood behind him looking up.
As he dealt with one bandit, his assistant informed Mu Can about the entry of contribution points.
Now the three of them being a team, the Contribution Points were equally split among them.
“Keep one alive.” Mu Can shouted from afar, although overpowering these two Sentries might not seem difficult, it actually required several conditions.
The first was that those who just entered the Glory Trial would generally be at the Peak of All Things Realm, even if bandits were drugged, they couldn’t match them. “Keep him to find a way to infiltrate the village.” Mu Can quickly responded. They couldn’t afford to lose this opportunity for a small advantage by killing him, that would be a loss.
“Sounds reasonable, I’ll leave it to you.” Ye Feng handed the subdued bandit to Mu Can, having poisoned him with a paralyzing poison upon first contact, treating him like a defenseless woman.
“I ask you, how many people are there on the mountain?” Mu Can spoke up, this type of information was not written in Ye Feng’s Guide.
The Guide only mentioned vague details about the wealth inside the bandit stronghold up to the base of the mountain.
The bandit, having witnessed his comrade’s head being chopped off and now with a poisoned dagger at his throat, was so terrified he nearly lost control of his bladder. It took him a moment to respond to Mu Can’s question.
“There are three hundred people on the mountain,” the robber said honestly.
Being a bandit, he had no sense of martial ethics; under these circumstances, proving his value could provide a chance to live. If he wasn’t cooperative, he might really have to bid farewell to this beautiful world, and he hadn’t had his fill of roast chicken yet.
“Let’s take him away, this isn’t a place to talk,” Mu Can glanced up the mountain, then spoke to Da Zhuang.
Since the bandit agreed to cooperate, his status got an upgrade, from being just a contribution point to a hostage.
