Zhuang Xuejun’s face turned even paler.
Struggling to escape, however, Huang Wenan pushed her back down again.
He pressed her down firmly on the bed, his leg over her thigh, preventing her from running away.
Then he used his belt to tie her hands together, hoisting them above her head and securing them.
He lay on top of her, his mouth like a sausage descending upon her.
His hands roamed restlessly over her body, tearing off her clothes piece by piece.
No matter how much she begged for mercy, he was deaf to her pleas.
“With your looks, you would’ve been famous long ago if you’d been willing to sleep your way up. Stop pretending to be so high and mighty.
As long as you’re with me, I guarantee you’ll get more roles than you can handle. You’ll have what countless female stars can only dream of; you should be grateful.”

Another slap flew across her face, almost knocking Zhuang Xuejun unconscious.
Blood oozed from the corner of her mouth, and her eyes filled with helpless tears. She looked out of the window in despair, preferring to jump out than to be humiliated by such scum!

Xia Weibao returned to the hotel with a serious expression on her face, with Han Luoqi following close behind.
This entire floor was booked by the “Republic of China Graceful Hero” crew. From the director to the set workers, everyone was staying here.
No sooner had the two of them stepped out of the elevator than they saw two minor actors walking past.
The minor actors were surprised to see Xia Weibao and Han Luoqi come out of the elevator together.
But they dared not speculate.
After all, everyone lived on the same floor; it could just be a coincidence that they shared the elevator.
And judging from the two people’s expressions, they didn’t seem to have any special relationship.
Besides, even if there really was something going on, the matters between the actor and the actress weren’t something these small fries could gossip about.
The two actors just glanced over and continued walking.
“I really don’t get what Director Huang is thinking, holding a meeting in the middle of the night.”
“Yeah, it’s just about distributing scripts, right? It would’ve been fine to give them to us tomorrow; now we can’t even get a good night’s sleep.”
“We’re still okay; Zhuang Xuejun is worse off, pulled aside to discuss the script, and she still hasn’t come out…”
Hearing the actors’ conversation, Xia Weibao frowned.
Huang Wenan asked Zhuang Xuejun to discuss the script?
She checked the time; it was already half-past ten.
A vague unease settled in her heart, and she hurried toward the room.
Seeing that her expression seemed somewhat troubled, Han Luoqi followed as well.
Almost running, Xia Weibao reached the door of the room and banged on it twice.
She quickly pulled out her key card, inserted it into the slot, and with a beep, the door opened.
