Charmeleon lowered its head and said "Char... Char.... Charmeleon... "
"So, you want to apologize to me?"
Charmeleon nodded its head.
"Ok, but you also have to apologize to the rest of the team too.", said Axel.
Charmeleon nodded its head and did the same. It individually went to Shedinja, Beedrill, Nidorino and Gogoat and apologized for its mistakes. Axel was very happy with this. This was good character development for Charmeleon. It had learned that only having a good potential and a good species typing was not enough to be better.
Axel had made some plans for Charmeleon development. He thought to discuss it with Charmeleon tomorrow. It was already evening. Nice work should be started early in the morning for good luck. That was what his mom had taught him.
Axel also taught Blue and Oak, 'The secret art of smoking'. Both of them were hooked on it. Axel felt that both of them would be serial weed addict if he was to introduce weed into this world. This was the last day of Blue in the castle. He had to go to explore some unknown islands tomorrow.

"I know that but some research must have been done about its atmosphere or habitat from the drones at least.", said Axel.
Even if unknown islands were explored, basic research was done from drones about their atmosphere, habitat, and any sighting of Pokemon. Axel knew about it.
"Yes, drones had done their duty. But the thing is, the place is extremely foggy. So much so that not much could be seen in there. Sparks of lighting could be seen on the island but that is all the drones could see. It is certainly mysterious. Me and 4 former Champions are assigned to explore that place. It has been estimated that the place could be very dangerous. For now, we are only tasked to observe the outer layer of the island and report it to the league.", said Blue
"Isn't that very dangerous? I mean I know you are powerful 'cause you are a former Champion but why take such a risk?" asked Axel. Axel could not figure out why Blue would take such a risk.
"Axel when you reach my age and stage you would feel that the surprises that the current known world provides you are not enough. You would have to find it on your own.
Around 70% of this world is still unexplored and unknown. The world is too large, vast, and dangerous for us to explore. I feel that if I could explore at least 20% of those unknown lands we could learn a lot more about Pokemons.", said Blue.
Unlike the games and anime, the current world that Axel was living in was very big. It was so big that 70% of it was still unexplored. This was due to many reasons. One of them was due to the danger of the unknown.
Axel felt that he should also explore these unknown places but he knew that he was very weak right now. Compared to the leaders of this world, Axel was like an ant. But he also knew that he had a system and he had just started his journey. But Axel added exploring new places to his bucket list. He would do it one day, maybe after he became a Champion of the Kanto region.
While they were talking, little Absol was still in Axel's lap drinking milk from the bottle. It was in its baby stage. Axel had just caught it in the Pokeball to know its moves and he was surprised and elated by seeing it.

First of all, it had Black potential. Only Charmeleon on his team had that. It was much needed as Absol was really behind in the team power hierarchy. Both of its abilities were locked but Axel had expected it. All of its moves were F ranked which was also expected. But the moves were what made Axel elated.
It knew 1 egg move, 'Magic Coat'. It was a good move if used strategically. 'Night slash' and 'dark pulse' were dark type moves that were very good. But the anomaly was 'Stone edge'. Absol could learn this move but not when it was a baby.
'Stone Edge' is a strong dark type move that any Pokemon would learn in the latter stages but Axel was not going to complain about it right now.
Absol needed at least a week of care. After that, it could slowly train and get used to it. Axel had many high expectations from Absol and he was sure that it would complete those expectations.
After the 3 of them got drunk with food, alcohol and cigarettes, they decided to call it a night. Axel went to his room and crashed into the bed. Tomorrow would be a new day.
He would start Charmeleon's and Nidorino's new training plans. He closed his eyes and immediately fell asleep.
