"If you want to train your Weedle then you have come to the right place.", said A.
"Why, does your Beedrill also know 'electroweb'?"
"Yes, it does. But I didn't mean that. You have come to the right place cause, you are in the Venu family now. See there is a lot of bullshit that elders tell you. Like, we focus on versatility than Pokemon types. They are not wrong in a certain sense but we also prefer grass and poison-type Pokemon.
It is cause, of all the things that Pokemon need; evolution stones, items to help them in battle, berries, recipes, training area, and training methods, there are various qualities for them. And the quality of these resources is substantial for grass and poison type. So most of us focus on grass and poison type. But Weedle line is the only exception.
Venu family has a long history, so no one knows the reason for it. Weedle is a bug/poison type. So one would expect that the quality of resources for the poison type must be higher than the bug type. But for Weedle it is not so.
There are resources, training areas, and recipes, especially for Weedle, and that too of higher quality. But nowadays, there are only a handful of young trainers that focus on Weedle line. They think that Beedrill is weak. But they are wrong!"
"Bro, calm down. Nobody is saying that your Beedrill is weak.", consoled B. A seemed to have a vendetta against Weedle haters.
They were at a restaurant now. Axel had ordered alcohol but all the 3 brothers refused... at first. In the world of Pokemon, the legal age of drinking is 13 years, since that is the time they start their journey.
But when Axel started sipping the whiskey, the 3 brothers also ordered the glasses. And now they were talking after gulping down 4 pegs of whiskey.
After A calmed down, he continued his little speech. "I could teach your Weedle that move since you are my brother but let me tell you about my experience with this Pokemon first." He had already forgotten that Axel was not his brother.
"Every Pokemons are different. Some grow by using a vast amount of resources, some by harsh training, and some by a mixture of both. Weedle comes in the first category. You may not need to spend on it now, but when it evolves to Kakuna, man! you are going to be dirt poor."
He was learning new things every day. He thought he was really good with Pokemon knowledge but he was just like Ash at the beginning of his journey, a newbie. If he had not asked A about this then he would have made a huge mistake with Weedle.
Axel then told his story about how he bought the Weedle recipe and asked if the prices were really accurate.
"Bro, you were ripped off. Do you know the value of points? With 300 points, you could have bought that Charmander recipe." Shouted B slamming his glass on the table like the injustice was done to him.
"Yeah bro, you were really ripped hicc.. Up.", said K too.
K seemed to be the silent type. Hearing this, the blood pressure of Axel increased rapidly. So, he lit up a cigarette.
"What is that?", asked K curiously.
"Oh, this is what I call a cigarette. It has tobacco in it. Not too strong but it calms my nerves. I made it myself.", said Axel.
Yeah, the cigarette had not been invented in the Pokemon world. Axel had the habit of smoking in his previous world, so he made it himself. It took Axel 6 years of hit and trial to get the right material and composition.
But he was proud of his work.
Hearing that, all the 3 brothers gave it a try and started coughing altogether. Then Axel told them 'the lost way of smoking' and after some time, they were enjoying it.
"Wow, a cigarette with a glass of whiskey just hit the right spot. You should patent this invention" exclaimed A.
"Ok then, where was I? Yes, about Weedle. Weedle may not need that many resources but it is completely different when it evolves into Kakuna"
'Now he is just repeating the sentence, he really is drunk. I don't know what mother is going to do to us tonight', thought K.
K seemed to be the only one who was not fully drunk, except for Axel.
"When it evolves into Kakuna, it goes into a resting period. You could use it for battle but I suggest you not do it. At that time it needs a lot of resources. It could even evolve without it but your evolved Beedrill would only be sub-par.
Kakuna evolves into Beedrill within 15 days. Normally, it does at 10 days, but 15 days is the maximum. The more days it takes, the more time you could invest in it making it a powerful Beedrill. I think that your Weedle will evolve within a week. I suggest you earn as many points as you could now this week.
You did well buying the recipe, but the materials suggested in it are very pricey. You could find the materials in the forest but those are guarded by elemental-ranked Pokemon, so that is out of the option for now."
After discussing with them, he came to know that, he would need 2000 points when Weedle evolves. He already had 500 points, for now, so he needed to earn 1500 points in a week.
"How do I earn the points?", asked Axel
"There are many ways you could earn points. Just think of it like money. Like cleaning training area will grant you 1 point per day."
If he started cleaning, then it would take him 1500 days to gather the points. That is 50 months or more than 4 years.
"How could I earn points in the shortest amount of time?"
"There are 2 ways to do so, that is doing quest and trainer battle."
