Axel and the group were now in the canteen. They had already submitted the quest and got the points. They were now having a meal. K had also won the fight with his Sandslash.
Axel may have won the battle but he was not happy. All of his Pokemons except for Gogoat were injured. Shedinja was not but it was very tired of using all those moves. The level of Pokemons in DeorcLacu Holt was higher than he had expected. The Beedrills he fought before in the forest seemed to be lower level.
'Elder Adam was right. Nidoran has a lot of moves and no specialization. Charmander has not trained very well and Shedinja's stats are exceptionally low. There is not a good balance in their training. I have to think about each and every one of them and come up with a good training plan.'
Axel had forgotten to check the notification from the system. The continuous notification had distracted him, so he had muted it.

There were a lot of level-ups and he was happy. 'Charmander seems to grow more. Does the potential matter so much?', Axel thought.
The Pokemons were already healed.
"Ok, let's go do some trainer battle!", said A standing up.
They had just been in a huge fight so Axel was not supportive of the idea.
But A disagreed "Pokemons are not like humans. They heal fast and they are powerful. If you treat them , they will only be domesticated pets."
Axel knew this. But seeing his Pokemon hurt before, he was hesitant. The battle was not very special. There were some cocky trainers who wanted to show their power. Axel won 35 points by beating 2 trainers and the rest 65 points were contributed by the 3 brothers each winning a trainer battle. The points wagged by A and B were higher than Axel's as they had rare-ranked Pokemon. K also won a sweet victory with the opponent's Pidgey.
Then the group went to Weedle to train it in 'Electroweb' again. After 1 hour, the 3 brothers and Axel separated. The 3 brothers wanted to rest. So they just went home.
But Axel didn't have such luxury.
First, he replayed the battle in his mind. Gogoat seemed to be a superior rare-ranked Pokemon. When he first started his journey he planned to capture powerful Pokemons like Dragonite or Tyranitar but now he realized that they would equally need more resources and experience. Just his Weedle was making him sweat for the whole week.
He thought to give this planning phase a week until Weedle evolves. At first, he was really stressed as he would be losing 1 week of precious time just earning points. Almost 3 months have passed and the next Elite 4 tournament was in 1 year and 9 months. But now his thinking matured.
There was no way in hell he could upgrade any of his Pokemons to King ranked within 2 years. And even if he did and defeated all the elite 4 somehow, how is he going to win against the Champion?
Besides it was just one week; 7 days; 168 hours. Even a lion steps back before it pounces. And he would not be wasting his time this week. He would train his body and also his Pokemon's body as much as he can. Mastering a wrong move may be disastrous but there was nothing wrong with training the body of his Pokemon.
He then chose a training field. This training field costs only 1 point a day. The reason: It was rather plain. It was a big cemented floor with nothing on it. It was a circular field, 50 meters in diameter with cemented walls covering it. They were called 'practice walls'. Pokemons could use their moves on these walls to train. The training field he saw when Roman gave the lecture was bigger than this. The field also had big rocks and trees.

Axel was truly surprised by this development. The training field could increase Weedle's stats. Seeing this, his hand changed into balled-up fist. Then he raised both hands up with force acting like he had achieved something truly great. Shedinja was giving a look that said 'Have you finally become an idiot?'
He was truly happy. One of the many reasons, why he was upset today was due to Weedle. Weedle would spend almost all of its time in the training field and he could not train it to increase its stats. Weedle's stats were also pitiful.
He wished to train its stats to a satisfactory level before evolution. He didn't know what would happen to its stats after evolution as Weedle would be his first. But now he didn't have to worry about it. He didn't even have to work on it.
After some small celebration, he started his work. He first gathered all of his Pokemons including Gogoat. He thought he would include it in all team activities whether it listens or not. This would increase his intimacy with Gogoat.
"Listen all of you. Until the coming week, till Weedle evolves, all of us will only train our bodies. We will not practice any special or status moves. We need to improve our bodies first and I will also participate. Yes, Nidoran. I will also train with you guys. Is that clear? Marcus, is that clear?"
All of them nodded including Shedinja.
Axel called out Shedinja's name cause he knew it secretly practices at night and he wanted it to only improve its body even at night practice. Seeing Shedinja nodding one extra time, he knew it worked out.
