And Pikachu, who unleashed that powerful attack, had naturally spent the last of its strength, ending its battle in a dazzling blaze of glory.
“You did amazingly, Pikachu.” Looking at Pikachu, Ash was filled with emotion. “Leave the rest to Greninja.”
Pikachu’s game-changing attack didn’t just stun the audience, even Diantha was shocked by the deep bond between Ash and Pikachu.
“If Alain hadn’t taken the fight seriously enough to Mega Evolve Charizard from the start, that one hit might have defeated him completely,” Diantha thought with shock.
“This…” On the other side, Teresa was at a loss. Was her judgment… wrong?
