Chapter 281: Chapter 271: Zhan Yuanshan Upholds Justice for Qiao Jing
Zhan Nanqing felt even more panicked inside. Her brother was clearly angry, but no matter what, Su Manhan was their mother. Although she was afraid of her brother, there were some things that still needed to be said.

The elevator door opened with a sound, and Zhan Yuanshan walked out, leaning on a cane.
Zhan Qipei and Zhan Nanqing were surprised to see the visitor. How had Grandpa come?
Zhan Nanqing paused for a few seconds, then asked, “Grandpa, how did you come here?”
No one had informed Zhan Yuanshan about Qiao Jing being hospitalized, so how did Grandpa find his way here?

“If I didn’t come, Xiao Jing would’ve been bullied to death!”

Shaking his sleeve in dismissal, Zhan Yuanshan stopped speaking; then, with a look of disappointment toward Zhan Qipei, he walked towards the hospital room.
“How is Xiao Jing now? Let me go see her.”
Zhan Qipei stepped forward to block Zhan Yuanshan, explaining, “She just fell asleep. If you go in now, she’ll have to get up and chat with you, and her body won’t be able to take it.”
Zhan Yuanshan’s steps finally halted and he stopped a short distance from the hospital room door.
