The relaxing weekend quickly passed, and a refreshed Pei Ge returned to the office.

“Good morning, Sister Xinlei.”
Pei Ge greeted each colleague with a bright smile.
“Sister Xinlei, did you not get enough sleep yesterday?” Pei Ge asked Pan Xinlei with concern when she saw her yawn.

“How is he now? Is it serious?” Pei Ge asked worriedly.
“I sponged him the whole night to cool down his temperature, and now he’s feeling better,” Pan Xinlei replied with a wry smile.
“That’s good, then.” Pei Ge nodded her head. Seeing the fatigue written all over Pan Xinlei’s face, she suggested softly, “If you’re feeling too tired, maybe you should take the rest of the day off.”
“With the change in management, it’s quite inappropriate for me to take a day off. Don’t worry; I’m just a little tired.” Pan Xinlei weakly smiled at Pei Ge.
