The Ability User Squad thought today was incredibly surreal.
However, if they could see what was happening inside the villa, they would surely go even crazier.
Stripped of his abilities, Song Wenyi, despite his decent combat skills, was no match for Su Tang's cunning tricks. She sealed several of his major acupoints, rendering him immobile. He could only watch helplessly as Shen Yi approached.
Increasingly terrified, his face paled, and cold sweat dripped from his forehead as he cried out in fear, "Shen Yi, if you want to blame someone, don't blame me! Who told you to steal all our merits back then? Why should you be the captain after the apocalypse broke out, while we have to obey you?!"
Back in the lab, Shen Yi used to think that if one day he could personally eliminate those people, he would be very happy. But as it turned out, he didn't feel much, indifferent almost like a bystander.
Song Wenyi envied his high position, unaware that during missions, Shen Yi had undertaken a classified mission in addition to their regular tasks. Song Wenyi laughed. He laughed with malicious glee, mocking Shen Yi's foolishness.
"Shen Yi, you think I alone could have successfully plotted against you? Have you heard the saying 'merit overshadows the master'? You were too outstanding, yet disobedient. Those people merely used me as a tool to suppress you." His laughter grew louder, but his eyes were like those of a venomous snake. "You'll be joining me sooner or later."
Su Tang frowned, about to offer some comfort, but then heard Shen Yi say coldly, "It's alright. I'll send them to see you."
The world was dark, but it didn't matter. He had found his own light.
As for Song Wenyi, Shen Yi directly slit his own arm and forced a drop of blood into his mouth. Expressionless, he quietly waited for the result. Shen Yi stood before him, but hesitated to act. Finally, he looked at Su Tang somewhat helplessly. "Lin Yang, I can't seem to feel happy looking at him."

Shen Yi rarely showed much emotion, but at this moment, Su Tang swore she saw him looking wronged.
