Staring at Fabian Holmes for a long time, Amelia Linton finally snapped out of it, closed her wide-open mouth, and lunged at him, flailing.
"Fabian! Have you gotten addicted to hitting?"
Not long ago he hit her once, and today he hit her again, and both times it was because of that woman.
That woman has been dead for eighteen years, yet this man still can’t forget her.
Thinking that Fabian hit her twice all because of Ivy Shaw, Amelia went mad and punched Fabian twice.
"How dare you hit me!"
Slap!
She swung her hand and slapped him across the face, hitting hard and accurately.
Instantly, there was a handprint on Fabian’s cheek, but Amelia still didn’t feel satisfied. She raised her hand to slap him a second time, but this time, as her hand swung over, he blocked it straight away.
"Amelia! Don’t go too far!"
He glared at her, turned, and walked towards the bedroom door.
"Fabian! Where are you going?"
Amelia didn’t chase after him but stood where she was and shouted at Fabian’s back as he left. He didn’t even look back, as if he hadn’t heard her, continuing to walk quickly to the door.
Seeing Fabian completely ignoring her and walking out, Amelia yelled angrily at him, "Fabian! The minute you walk out, I’m going to find that bastard!"
With that, she headed towards the door.
Upon hearing Amelia’s furious shout, Fabian suddenly stopped and turned around to look back at her. Seeing her coming towards the door, his expression instantly darkened.
"Amelia! You’re really crazy!"
He pointed at her as she approached and took big steps towards her, pulling her back midway.
"I am crazy, so you’d better not provoke me, or I don’t know what kind of crazy thing I might do." Amelia didn’t struggle and let Fabian drag her back inside, but her mouth was busy, issuing threats and warnings at him.
Fabian was so angry he had the urge to hit someone, but considering the consequences, he forcibly suppressed the impulse.
"Amelia! Keep acting up. I want to see how long you can go on like this." Fabian forcefully let go of Amelia’s arm and walked angrily towards the sofa.
Seeing this, Amelia hurriedly followed, while refuting, "How am I acting up? Even if I am, it’s because you forced me to."
As she walked over, he was already sitting on the sofa. Seeing her approach, he got up and moved to the side.
But she didn’t intend to let him off; she strode over, grabbed him to prevent him from escaping her again, and bent down to sit beside him.
"You want me to push you."
Fabian shook off her hand, turned slightly, and gave her a cold look.
Upon hearing this, Amelia was so angry she was speechless. Seeing her like this, Fabian snorted coldly at her and turned his head away, ignoring her.
It took a long, long while before Amelia could finally catch her breath. She raised her hand and forcefully patted Fabian’s back, "Yes! I let you push me, but don’t forget, you’re also willing to be threatened by me."
"Between the two of us, it’s called one willing to hit, and the other willing to take it." She mimicked his earlier gesture and snorted coldly at him.
