Rael felt pretty hopeless, and running was not an option either.
Glancing to the side, he noticed the entrance he had come through was sealed by green, slimy goo—meaning his only option was to either slow it down or become fast enough to dodge.
And for that, he decided to use his emergency fund.
...Yes. Rael swiftly agreed, and in the next moment, everything from his inventory was sold.
However, he didn't dwell on it for too long, as he could tell the boss monster would soon attack.
Therefore, he opened up the Premium Shop and searched for a particular skill.

Rael's thoughts were interrupted as the boss monster began growling while slowly approaching.
"Fuck..." Rael said through gritted teeth and immediately bought the Enchanted Banana Peels.
In an instant, they appeared over his shabby socks.
While he was expecting the actual banana peel texture, what he got instead was the feeling of wearing slightly uncomfortable sneakers.
Alright... Not too shit, I can work with this. Rael fixed his gaze on the boss and, without hesitation, dashed in.
However, the speed increase was larger than he initially thought, so he crashed into the boss's slimy leg by accident.
His Attack Power stat alone was responsible for all the damage. However, he swiftly picked himself up and kicked off the floor, dodging the boss monster's leg, which had slammed down where he had just been.
But after this one blunder, Rael had a better idea of how fast he was. Therefore, he slowly began walking, then picked up his pace.
The boss responded in kind, stretching out its rat arm and summoning a slimy green scythe.
It swung down toward Rael, but with a last-second burst of speed, he dodged and slid right under the boss.
"My apologies..." Rael said his prayers in advance before slashing in between the Evolved Goblin Rat boss monster's legs—presumably where its balls should have been.
Ouch. A shiver went down Rael's spine as he visibly noticed the boss monster flinch.
Nonetheless, while it was stunned, he took advantage of the opening and attacked.
He was only able to get four good hits in before the boss recovered itself and attempted to sit down and crush him.
Nonetheless, he was able to get out of there pretty quickly, and as he did, he received a shocking system message.
—Ball Crusher: 5% increased damage when attacking the testicles of an enemy.
Rael's eyes widened as he jumped up, dodging the sweep of the scythe, and checked the boss's HP.

Unlike last time, Rael no longer had the luxury of strolling around while the boss prepared itself—his attack had driven it into a berserker-like state.
Suddenly, the Evolved Goblin Rat de-summoned its scythe and instead pulled out what appeared to be a bow, aiming it directly at Rael.
I have a bad feeling about this—
His thoughts were interrupted. The moment the bowstring was let go, the slimy arrow approached, and he, in turn, attempted to evade.
But to his dismay, it was homing onto him perfectly.
However, in that split second, he also had an idea.
Turning toward the boss monster, Rael picked up his pace and once again dashed right under its legs.
The arrow was about to slip neatly between the boss monster's legs and hit him. However, Rael cut its calf, making it fall down, if only for a moment.
Nonetheless, the very next second, the slimy arrow made contact with the boss monster, sending out balls of ooze everywhere.
But upon seeing its HP, Rael couldn't help but smile.

If that had hit me... I would've died... But since this idiot rat shot itself, I can now finish it off while it's staggered, hopefully. Rael thought, then immediately dashed toward it, jumping on top of its head.
Without hesitation, he brought his sword down again and again, stabbing deep into its skull.
It tried to shake him off. but Rael stabbed in deeper, holding on for dear life.
The boss monster finally stood up and began extending some sort of weapon out of its arms. However, it was too late.
