Upon arriving at the store which was being cleaned up, Bai Yixian noticed something was off. "Doesn’t Guozi get to buy New Year goods? Are you satisfied only if you anger me to death?" The cursing old lady was indeed He Wenyu’s grandmother, Cong Xin, He Jun’s mother, and the ’Guozi’ she mentioned was He Jun’s elder brother, He Guo.
"Mom, where do I have money? Junzi didn’t give me a penny this month; it all went to you guys. Staying at a friend’s place is embarrassing enough." Huang Yueran said impatiently.
