"I know." Charles Seymour interjected, "I’ve been watching the press conference."
"You watch press conferences?" Sophie Wilson got up from Charles Seymour’s arms and looked him up and down as if she didn’t know him, "Aren’t you the type who usually doesn’t kind of entertainment stuff?"
Charles Seymour tilted his head slightly, quite puzzled, and asked, "Aren’t you in it?"
This unintentional tease made Sophie’s heart itch, a tingling sensation shot from her tailbone to the top of her head, even her hair seemed to want to explode.

"Oh my, don’t tease me like that, I can’t handle it." Sophie clutched her chest, her eyes brimming with hearts.
Charles gave Sophie a confused look, pondering what he had just said.
However, seeing Sophie with such bright eyes and full of energy warmed his heart. He loved seeing Sophie so lively, proving his research direction was correct.
"Actually, Elder Warren wasn’t invited by me." Charles’ words made Sophie forget that tingling feeling and she looked at him in surprise, "What did you just say? You didn’t invite him? Then who did?"
Many thoughts flashed through Sophie’s mind, but none of the people she knew fit the criteria.
"It’s your talent," Charles said, "I just sent him the DVD of the drama and asked if he’d be interested in attending the press conference."
"It’s your performance that impressed Elder Warren." Charles looked steadily at Sophie, his eyes full of pride because of her.
Sophie chuckled and poked Charles’s waist with her finger, "My Mr. Seymour is just so humble, not taking credit."

When Sophie came back to her senses, she found Charles staring at her with wide eyes, his gaze full of bewilderment at the situation.
And the current situation was... her hands were on top of Charles’s head, tousling his pitch-black hair into a messy state.
Sophie froze, then quickly withdrew her hands, stood up, and pretended to ignore it by saying, "I’m so tired today, I’m going to bed!"
