He stored the blow-dry away before assisting her to lie down on the hospital bed and carefully tucked her in before switching the heater on.
The weather was beginning to turn cold.
He settled on the couch, watching over her.
He wanted to ask her if she did receive his calls but thought against it!
They were working on their relationship now, and it was progressing in a positive direction; it was better to keep those questions to himself!
He didn’t want her to get angry over some silly things.
