"Ready," responded Qin Xiangnuan, as she picked up the small bag that she had made.
Her clothes were not very new, but they had a novel design. She wore a waist-fitted cotton jacket, which at a first glance seemed plain, but a closer look revealed intricate embroidery on the collar and cuffs, and even a cloth camellia flower on the chest. The large pockets on each side could hold a lot, but did not appear bulky. The cotton jacket was quite long, almost reaching her knees, but Qin Xiangnuan, being slim and petite, looked unexpectedly good in it.
