After walking for a while, they caught up with the hulking mass of the main troop. Bai Junjun didn’t join the troop but led them directly to the nearby woods.

The branches here were robust and the foliage lush, so tall they seemed to touch the sky, even intertwined with many vines.

Without regarding the crowd’s puzzlement, Bai Junjun picked the sturdiest tree and tugged on the vine hanging from it, verifying its strength before handing over several strands to Old Uncle Qiu.
"These vines are pretty sturdy; just follow me later, we’ll swing across to the front."
"Swing across?" Old Uncle Qiu and his family’s eyes widened.
"Right, we can’t travel on land, we don’t have the means by water, so we have to rely on an aerial route now," Bai Junjun said with a candid smile.
