Fang Manxue stood on the side to watch Fang Xinxin receive the same treatment.
To her shock, she watched as the bodyguard opened the room door and gestured politely for Fang Xinxin to enter.
Fang Manxue ran over in her high heels in disbelief. She watched the bodyguard close the door right after.
She pointed at him in rage. “What’s the meaning of this? You didn’t even ask Fang Xinxin any questions before letting her in, yet you insisted on stopping me!”
“My apologies, Miss Fang.” The bodyguard appeared to be in serious work mode. “As per boss’s command if Miss Fang Xinxin wishes to see him, no matter how late it is, there is no need to stop her. As for the other unimportant people, they are all to be kept out.”
Upon hearing this, Fang Manxue’s complexion nearly turned green from her anger.
How could Bai Qinghao spoil that ugly, fat woman to this extent?
“I’m Fang Xinxin’s second sister!”
She said, “I’m your boss’s…”
But stopped at this point because she refused to say the word sister-in-law even if someone beat her to death.
This was because she would only become Madam Bai!
“An unimportant person.” The bodyguard filled in the blank for her.
“Hmph!” Fang Manxue’s teeth were almost crushed from the way she was grinding them. However, she was helpless.
Fang Xinxin had gone to disturb Bai Qinghao so early in the morning. There was no way he wouldn’t get mad at her.
She kept her eyes on the tightly shut room door. She was going to happily wait and watch as Fang Xinxin was tossed out!
After several minutes, she had nearly dug a hole into the door with her eyes. However, Fang Xinxin had yet to be chased out.
She felt her liver hurting with resentment!
Inside the room, Fang Xinxin actually did not disturb Bai Qinghao’s sleep intentionally.
It was just… there was only one bed in the guest room which the Fang family had arranged for her and her mother. Fang Lilan was already sleeping on that bed.There wasn’t even a sofa that she could use.
She did not wish to share a bed with Fang Lilan. That would make her feel uncomfortable.
The storeroom she previously used was probably filled with real junk right now.
There wasn’t any other room prepared for her.
Thus, after deliberating over it, she felt she could only sleep in Bai Qinghao’s room.
The bedroom Bai Qinghao was occupying was very simple. However, the carpet had been changed to a new one, and the bedsheets were also replaced with luxurious ones with gold stitching on them. There was also a one meter long, brand new sofa in the room.
All of the Fang home’s guest rooms were identical. Bai Qinghao must have ordered someone to bring in the new carpet, sheets and sofa.
If the Fang family maids had done it, there was no way Fang Manxue wouldn’t have known his whereabouts.
And if that had been the case, she wouldn’t have entered the wrong room on the third floor to climb into Li Bingpan’s bed.
Bai Qinghao appeared slightly drowsy as he leaned against the bed frame. He watched Fang Xinxin expressionlessly with his handsome features, “It’s so late… or maybe it’s more accurate to say, early. Do you need something from me?”
“No, no.” Fang Xinxin rushed to shake her head. “My mom is sleeping in the guest room that the Fang family arranged for me. I’m hoping to rest here for a while. When my mom wakes up, I’ll go back to sleep there.”
Bai Qinghao heard this and understood that she did not wish to sleep with Fang Lilan.
“Don’t worry, I won’t disturb you.” Fang Xinxin quickly sat down on the sofa and shrunk back into it. “I’ll just close my eyes here for a while.”
Bai Qinghao’s expression turned cold.
The entire room seemed to become frigid cold because of his expression.
“You don’t want me to sleep here? Then I won’t disturb you…” Fang Xinxin was about to stand up.
“Don’t move!” Bai Qinghao commanded coldly.
She stiffened and did not dare to even breathe.
Bai Qinghao tugged the sheets aside and stood up from the bed. His tall and broad figure approached the sofa, and he extended his strong arms to bring her up into a princess carry.
