Meng Chuyue followed the person delivering the fruit saplings back to the pharmacy. When no one was looking, she swapped these three saplings with three from her secret space.
She wasn’t worried that she couldn’t explain their robust growth later on.
She had already thought of an exit strategy.
For the following period, Meng Chuyue didn’t go out wandering. Claiming fatigue from a restless night, she closed the door of the pharmacy and rested alone on the small bed inside.
