"Look around!" Dai Gang said.
Meng Xinian looked around and saw that everyone was as uniformly and neatly dressed as his few men. Indeed, he seemed to be the only one appearing free and easy.
"Did the little captain require formal attire?"
"Not really," Zhao Xin quickly replied. "But doesn’t everybody dress every time we watch the Female Supervisor Guard’s performance? It shows our respect for the cultural troupe members of the Female Supervisor Guard! Also, don’t we all look more spirited, right?"
"I look spirited no matter what I wear," Meng Xinian said indifferently. "Similarly, I look better than all of you regardless of what I wear, even more so when I wear nothing at all."

After exchanging glances for a while, Dai Gang and the others all resignedly gave up.
