Letting out everything she’d been holding in, Bella Green felt incredibly relieved.
That night, she also slept quite soundly.
Early next morning, Mason took her to the film set.
However, what left Bella Green bewildered was.
After she got out of the car, this person surprisingly had no intention of leaving and got out of the car with her.
Holding a bundle of clothes, Bella Green looked at the man in front of her and couldn’t help but remind him.
"Um, I’ve arrived." So you can go back.
Mason gave her a casual glance, his voice unchanging but enough to make Bella Green’s scalp tingle.
"Where to?" she asked in a little voice, clinging to hope.
"I’m free this morning, so I’ll see how you act," Mason cast a sidelong glance at her, speaking lightly.
This nearly made Bella Green explode on the spot.
Damn, you’re going to leave the massive Nathan Bennett Group unattended just to watch me play a small third male role here?
It’s quite pressuring, you know?
"Um, there’s no need for that, if you’re free this morning, why not go home and catch up on sleep?" Bella Green said, looking rather glum.
Then the next second, she received a cold, icy gaze from Mason.
Bella Green irritably tugged at her soft short hair, looking at the strikingly handsome face in front of her.
She felt that if Mason really accompanied her into the film set, she was definitely going to become famous by the next day.
Although this man rarely appears in the media, after all, he’s the top boss of the Nathan Bennett Group, a photo of him is not going to stay out of circulation.
Seeing the youth’s troubled expression, Mason’s face darkened as well.
Am I really not presentable? Is it such a dilemma?
"Uh, wait for me here a sec." Bella Green said and then ran into a small shop nearby.
Coming back, she was carrying a bag, and walked over to Mason.
The man looked at her quizzically as she bowed her head fiddling with something, then she took out a cheap pair of sunglasses and put them on his face.
Mason instinctively tried to dodge but was stopped by the teen who held his head still.
"What are you dodging for, even if it’s cheap stuff, you still look very nice with these on." Bella Green coaxed with a smile.
Wearing sunglasses wasn’t all, she then pulled out a disposable mask from the bag.
Mason watched as the little thing reached for his face with the mask, and couldn’t help but feel his temples throb.
In August, he’s putting a mask on me?
"Am I someone who can’t be seen?" The man quickly pinched Bella Green’s hand, asking ominously.
Bella Green froze, then sweat poured, she chuckled dryly.
"How could that be, it’s just because you’re so handsome, walking in with you might distract everyone’s work."
Bella Green cleverly spun her tale.
Hearing this small creature call him handsome, Mason’s eyes slightly flickered, loosening his grip on Bella Green’s hand.
Bella Green’s eyes brightened at this, promptly putting the mask on him.
"Tsk, you bring out a hundred-thousand-dollar aura with those ten-dollar sunglasses, truly too handsome." Bella Green smiled sweetly at the man before her, face unblushing and heart not beating fast as she flattered him.
Mason cast him a sidelong glance, snorted coldly without saying a word.
"Um, let’s go in." Bella Green said awkwardly.
Though disguised, the man’s innate commanding aura was hard to conceal.
Upon entering the film set, quite a few people threw puzzled glances.
"Bella, who’s this?" someone asked.
Bella Green glanced at the man behind her and chuckled.
"Um, my brother, here to see me."
Hearing Bella’s words, Mason’s eyebrows raised slightly, and a faint smile appeared on his lips.
It’s actually the first time hearing this little one admit to outsiders that I’m his brother.
