Bella walked to the woman leaning against a stone lion, a hint of confusion flashing in her eyes.
"Hello, are you looking for me?" The boy’s slightly hoarse voice sounded.
Hearing this, the woman straightened up, turning around while taking off her sunglasses.
Seeing the young boy in front of her, the woman’s slender eyes widened instantly.
"Wow, little Bella, I didn’t expect it to really be you!"
Staring at the enchanting face before her, Bella was taken aback, somewhat surprised.
This person turned out to be April Scott, whom she had met once at Anna Green’s party.
"Oh, the little darling still remembers her big sister, how nice." April Scott said, unable to resist reaching out to pinch the boy’s smooth, fair cheeks.
Bella smiled helplessly but didn’t shy away from the woman’s hand.

The man’s face darkened instantly, like storm clouds gathering.
"April, why are you here?"
"I saw the photos online, thought it looked like you, wasn’t sure, so I came to check." April Scott shrugged and said.
Then, noticing Bella’s reddened eyes, asked with some concern.
"How did you get involved with Fiona Grantham? Her fans are notoriously unreasonable and crazy."
Bella listened, smiled faintly: "What do you think?"
"Isn’t it obvious, you must’ve been caught in the crossfire." April Scott said with certainty.
Listening to the woman’s assured words, Bella couldn’t quite describe the feeling in her heart.
Even she hadn’t expected that, in such a situation, someone besides Mason would believe she’s innocent.
"Thank you." Bella’s voice was low and raspy, yet incredibly heavy.
"What’s there to thank, with your temperament, how could you..."
The woman suddenly got stuck mid-sentence, her alluring narrow eyes fixed on the direction behind Bella.
The blazing eyes gave Bella goosebumps all over.
Turning to look in the same direction, the smile on her lips instantly fell.
Mason approached Bella with a cold expression, without even glancing at the woman whose eyes were heated, frowning with displeasure.
"Why were you running so fast?" The man spoke in a deep voice.
Bella glared at him angrily, puffing her cheeks, just about to speak when a coquettish female voice suddenly interrupted.
Then, Bella’s arm felt a gentle pressure, causing her to step back a few steps, feeling something soft and warm squeezing her arm.
"Hello, I’m Bella’s sister, my name is April Scott." The woman said, extending her hand, her smile seductive like a beautiful snake.
