After Kana began her evolution, her ship floated around the void in an area far from any other planets or galaxies. It could be said to be a dead zone away from everything. Eve chose this spot in hopes that it would allow them to be safe while Kana evolved.
But unbeknownst to them, a man was going from planet to planet, searching the entire universe at unimaginable speed. Planet after planet, he was turned upside down as she searched for the one who could harm his beloved.
"Dornal, do you know what you're doing!? You are making an enemy out of the entire universe by doing this!" An old man with a beard yelled as he looked at Dornal, who was hovering in the air.
"I am not here to start a war. I am just here to search for one person. I will be off when I do or do not find them. If you hinder me, then I will destroy you and your planet altogether." Dornal's tone was domineering. He did not plan to stop his actions no matter what.
The old man stared at Dornal before stepping aside. "You kill one person who is not your target, and this old man will fight you until death."
"Don't worry, this person I am looking for is unmistakable to me," Dornal said calmly. Before flying down to the surface. She flew around the planet a few times before flying off, leaving the old man speechless. He had originally thought Dornal was invading, which was why he stood in his way. But it seemed this was not the case at all.
Dornal continued his search. Although he did find pockets of death element, he knew it was not what he was looking for. As the years passed, he had already checked every planet within the Holy Circle with no luck. He paused mid-air and looked out over the stars in the distance, and frowned. "You better hope you can stay hidden because every second I am away from my beloved, the more torturous your death will be!"
While Dornal was searching for Kana and Kana was undergoing Evolution, Camlia was currently teaching Mary the ropes. "You have come a long way."
"Master, I would never have been able to reach my current strength without your help." Mary bowed her head to Camlia. She was grateful towards Camlia, who pushed her to her limits every day, allowing her to break the bonds of the weak body she once held and become a powerful existence in Hell only second to Camlia herself.
"I wanted you to become my successor for a long time. I had seen your ability to progress beyond that of anyone else in Hell. As I wish to grow in strength myself, I must begin my own evolution to cast off the weakness that has kept me from entering the sea of stars. Mary, I chose you for two reasons. Your talent and because you were friends with my little sister. I feel I can trust you to handle being the ruler of Hell.
"You will also not be alone either as Mei and Dandan will be by your side. Mei has been someone who has been at my side for many thousands of years, while Dandan is someone who is almost at the same strength as myself. So you will never need to worry about someone challenging you for power. These two will stand by your side and help you along in this journey." Camlia had put a lot of thought into her decision to pass down her queen of hell throne to Mary. She made sure that there would never be a need for there to be an uprising with so many powerful people at her side.
Mary would also have the support of the New Rural Kingdom that was being formed of both those they saved from the destruction of the mortal world and those who are deemed fit to move to this new kingdom from the main part of Hell. Tilia and Keniil were now a married couple who had many kids. They were both amazing rulers who ruled wisely and cared for the people under them. While a lot of those in Hell were bad people, there were some who were being reformed under Tilia and Keniil's rule, making for a prosperous kingdom. And because the New Rural Kingdom was protected by Camlia herself, no one dared to try to start an uprising to overthrow them.
Everything was taken into consideration after what had happened. Tilia had taken things hard at the start, but thanks to Keniil, she slowly came back to her senses and her true self. Yuthia and Sei helped out a lot in this as well, as they were now residents of Hell. Kiliffia now had a huge family and was living quite well, and was also still working on growing stronger. Her speed of progress was actually very high, and she had already reached the void realm. Although much slower than Kana's kids, this was still amazing for someone without a strong lineage.
As the days and years passed, it soon became time for Camlia to head back to the Soulist realm. It was time for her to begin her new journey. After saying her goodbyes, Camlia looked up at the sky and smiled: "How surprised will you be when you see me in the sea of stars? I guess I should go say hi to my godchildren too.." Camlia took a deep breath and let it out slowly before disappearing, leaving behind the place she had called home for so, so many years.
"I wonder how much longer Mama will be inside the egg..." Bell looked at the egg that was surrounded by a barrier of water with a hint of loneliness in her eyes.
"Her evolutions will gradually start taking longer and longer as she grows stronger. Kana is different from others. So be prepared to one day have to wait hundreds of years for her evolution to finish." Aruya explained.
Bell sighed as she knew there was nothing she could do about it. She just stared at the egg in front of her. It had already been thirty years and they were still waiting. She hoped her Mama would hatch soon.
