No matter which Senluo Sea Zone, their deepest parts all have a Windmill Array.
Once the Windmill Array is activated, containing powerful Senluo Yin Wind, it is rumored capable of breaking Plane Prohibitions.
However, these Windmill Arrays move once a month. If one desires to activate it on any other non-standard day, the only method is to sabotage the linchpin of the Windmill Array.
