Ignoring her puzzled face, Shi Lingyan simply lay down.
The bed was two meters wide. Shi Mei lay in the middle while the large-framed man squeezed to the side, making it seem a bit cramped.
Shi Lingyan gently nudged her, "Move over a bit."
"Giggling," Shi Mei not only didn’t move away but instead leaned towards him, wrapping her arms around him and asked, "Hubby, are we going to have a baby?"
Shi Lingyan, overwhelmed by her embrace and startled by her words, almost pushed her away.
However, catching a glimpse of a tiny red dot, he held back and whispered sternly, "Stop being naughty, I’m about to fall off."
Shi Mei immediately moved to the side.
But as soon as Shi Lingyan comfortably settled in, she suddenly pounced into his arms and puckered up towards his lips.
Shi Lingyan turned his head away, blocking her lips with his hand, and whispered sharply, "Be good and sleep, or I won’t talk to you anymore."
Shi Mei blinked her eyes, lying down beside him looking wronged.
Shi Lingyan turned off the light, and the room plunged into darkness.

Shi Lingyan tensed all over.
Every cell in his body seemed exploding, boiling unnaturally.
