Shi Lingyan’s eyelid twitched with a sense of headache coming on, "Things aren’t the way you think, please don’t interfere."
"Not interfere?" Grandma Shi raised her voice, "How could I possibly not interfere? You might not care about the Shi family’s lineage, but you actually want to get rid of my hard-won great-grandchild? How could you be so cold-hearted!"
The doctor had already been dizzied by the drama in front of him and immediately intervened, "Wait a moment, this is a hospital. If you’re not here for treatment, then please leave and don’t delay other patients!"
"Right, right, right," Grandma Shi’s face piled on with a full smile again, "We can’t delay the other pregnant women. Let’s go."
Saying this, Grandma Shi naturally reached out to hold Shi Mei’s hand with affection.
Shi Mei reflexively pushed her hand away immediately.

"Really," Shi Mei calmly asserted, looking at Grandma Shi, "Mr. Shi and I just had a fleeting encounter. We never had any prior contact. Old Lady Shi, you’ve misunderstood."
It was clear that Grandma Shi didn’t believe her, "Our boy wouldn’t just randomly suspect someone of carrying his child. There must be something for him to act this way. Do you really think I’m senile?"
