Zhang Caidie’s sobs sounded especially aggrieved.
Yue Xingxing and Yue Xiaohu were both scared stiff and couldn’t help but glance at Yue Qingqing.
Zhang Xingjie immediately wiped away Zhang Caidie’s tears, his heart aching for her.

“You look so innocent, but I didn’t expect you to be so malicious. Even if Caidie’s former dad had conflicts with your family, you shouldn’t bully her .”
Yue Qingqing stared at Zhang Caidie’s schoolbag, “I didn’t bully her, she just took our things. If you don’t believe me, ask her to take out what’s in her bag and see for yourself.”
Zhang Xingjie looked at his sister, who shook her head while sobbing.
“I’m not a police officer, why should I show you? Everything in my bag belongs to me.”
Yue Xingxing and Zhang Caidie had been at odds for more than a day or two.
Seeing her act made them feel that she had something to hide.
Yue Xingxing became anxious, “You return the notebook to me, it’s a gift from the teacher to me and Qingqing.”
Zhang Caidie, however, did not respond and only cried harder, struggling to catch her breath.
Zhang Xingjie’s anger flared, “Enough, our family may not be as well-off as the Yue family, but we would never lack what Caidie needs, she couldn’t possibly take your things.”
Yue Xingxing was extremely upset; normally, they would walk on eggshells around Zhang Caidie and couldn’t imagine who was bullying whom.
