Xiaofeng peeked at his expression after speaking, which remained cold. Perhaps, having been hurt once, he no longer knew how to smile.
Or perhaps, his face was just a mask, so she couldn’t see any emotions on his face.
"A married woman?" Ye Cheng frowned.
"Yes," Xiaofeng nodded, though she couldn’t bring herself to smile. They were once the closest of people, and now standing before him, he couldn’t even recognize her, "Handsome, you don’t look like someone who takes things lightly. I said it casually, and you took it seriously. Aren’t you being too careless?"
