From construction to operation, it would take at least three months.

Ugly Betty stopped pulling on the decorative piece on Xiaofeng’s hair, captivated by it and didn’t walk away, pointing at Xiaofeng’s accessory with her finger non-stop.
Today, Xiaofeng had let her hair down and looked like a schoolgirl. She only wore a simple yet elegant pearl hairband on her head.
The thing Ugly Betty was pointing at was indeed the hairband on Xiaofeng’s head.
