Hannah looked up, staring intently at Ella. "Sister, that night... did you spend the night with Mr. Nelson?"
She finally asked the question that had probably been bothering her for a long time.
Ella pretended to be shy. "We did spend the night together, but... nothing happened."

Brianna quietly observed her daughter’s flushed face. "Mr. Nelson wouldn’t use such childish methods, would he? I think you should just participate in the anniversary event calmly. There’s a charity event too. the one million you have in the bank; that might help restore your image."
